 mezzancolle .. .. Gnocchi with prawns and scallops!      Gnocchi with mezzancolle, prawns and scallops in saffron sauce ...     
           
    Simple and delicious !!!... 
       I tried the flour dumplings sprint Molino Spadoni, are simple to make and delicious to eat, convenient, it takes little to cearĂ¡ a dish is absolutely delicious ...!!! 
  
     fact just add the flour and water  allows us to realize in a few minutes excellent home-made gnocchi. 
            Sauce:    
  12 scallops, 12 mezzancolle, garlic, baby shrimp to taste, extra virgin olive oil, salt, parsley, saffron.  
   
       Cut into cubes the scallops, shelled the mezzancolle. In a pan add oil and garlic, add the prawns, scallops, mezzancolle finally, remove the garlic, add a bit 'of water and saffron then cook for another 5 minutes.            Cook the gnocchi in the water salt and season
